I Wrote An Article For Healthline Magazine

Hey gorgeous girls!

This is just a quick little post to let you all know that I have written a short article regarding my psoriasis for Healthline – which is a popular online health magazine.

The article I wrote is called ‘3 Times I Had A Psoriasis Flare FOMO’ and explains the struggles I have had over the years, the opportunities I have missed because of my skin and my current outlook on life.

If you would like to – you can read it HERE.

Lots Of Love

Katie

  1. Skin disorders are horrible. I was born with eczema over 90% of my body. I get flare ups from time to time, but had awful flare ups around 18 years old, on my face and neck, and people looked at me like I had some sort of contagious disease.
I am sorry that you have to deal with psoriasis and awful judgmental people. Thank you for sharing. ❤

  2. Very informative article, great to see your work published! Sorry for your skin condition, I hope it improves so you don’t suffer. My thing was acne, can never get rid of those scars. I’m glad at least we have makeup for that. Thanks for the post Katie.

    1. Thanks Diana – I am actually grateful for my skin disorder, I never used to be but I think having psoriasis has made me a more compassionate, non-judgmental person. Have you tried scar cream? I’ve also just received some skin camouflage makeup from a brand called VARAMA which can also be used to conceal scars… I will put review up in a few days – & your welcome hun, thanks for reading xxx
